The small print.

Kobi is run by Andy Kirk in Harrogate (andy@trykobi.com, 07856 950590). These terms apply when your business buys a website from Kobi.

The website: £299, one-off

• You get the finished website built for your business, as files that belong to you to use as you like.
• We help you put it live on your own web address (we can do it with you, or send step-by-step instructions).
• One round of small changes is included: wording, photos, prices, opening hours and similar. Bigger changes or new pages are quoted first.
• Your web address and any hosting you choose elsewhere are paid separately to whoever provides them.

Hosting and care: £15 a month (optional)

• We host your website on our server with HTTPS and point your web address at it.
• We make small text, photo and price updates when you ask, usually within two working days.
• It's billed monthly by card through Stripe. Cancel any time by emailing us; it stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and we'll send you the files.

Payment and refunds

• Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.
• You see the whole website before you pay. If something isn't as described, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Content

• The site is built from information your business has published (your website, listings, reviews). Please check it's accurate; we'll correct anything you point out.
• Photos come from your own website or listings. If you'd like different ones, send them and we'll swap them in.
