Previews we build for businesses

To build a preview we use information a business has already made public: its own website, photos and logo, and public listings such as opening hours, contact details and reviews. We use it only to build that business's preview and to send one email offering it.

Each preview sits at its own link, asks search engines not to list it, carries a note saying it is a proposal from Kobi and not the business's official website, and is deleted after 14 days.

Emails

We email businesses at the business email address they publish. Every email says who it's from and how to stop further emails. If you reply "unsubscribe" or ask us to stop, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so that we never email you again.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about your business, to correct it, or to delete it (apart from the do-not-contact entry, which is how we make sure we don't email you again). Email andy@trykobi.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
